How can I book an apartment?
A :
First you choose an apartment from our website, that fits your preferences
the best on, than you have several options. 1. Call our office and ask
for availability and if available book it . 2.Use our on-line
consultants on Skype, ICQ, Yahoo messengers from out website
. 3. Fill out the Booking form on our website. Having checked apartment
availability, our manager will confirm your order by e-mail within 12
hours from the moment your form was submitted. If the apt or services
you requested are unavailable, we will offer you some alternative options.

What are the payment arrangements?
A
: We request a deposit payment for the first night of your stay if you
book some particular apartment. Full rent is paid upon check-in in cash
(USD,EURO, UAH).We accept credit cards (Visa, Master, Pay Pall). You
can take cash from your card using ATM or cash your cheques at any bank.
Q:
Do you have rent agreement and receipt?
A
: Certainly. You sign rent agreement and take receipt if needed upon
your check-in.

What is the payment methods?
A
: For making Reservation Prepayment (Deposit) for any of our services
we offer the following types of payment:
1. Payment using your Credit
Card (VISA or Master Card). +5% ( bank commission )
2. Payment via Western Union.(

Can I have written contract and payment receipt?

: Yes, of course.

Can my friend live in apartment with me?
A
: Yes of course.

Will I have an access to the Internet in an apartment?
A: All our apartments have fast cable internet.
Q:
What happens if some extra persons join me? Will there be an extra charge?
A
:There will be no extra charges. But you should understand that only
you responsible for everything that was included with the apartment.
We also restrict a number of people who can live in different apartments
depending on sleeps.

Is there an early check in?
A
: Check in time is 1 p.m., check out time is noon 12:00. Early check
in (from 6 00 a.m.) is charged as half of a day apartment cost. Late
check out (till 6 00 p.m.) is charged as half of a day apartment cost.
Q:
What services are included in the price for rent?
A
: A price for the rent covers cleaning of the apartment one time in
3 days and the change of linens and towels, the payment for public utilities
and local telephone conversations. Additional services (an operating
time in the Internet, international phone calls, preparing of dinners,
purchases, additional cleaning, car transfer) are paid separately.

Will there be hot water day and night in the apartment?
A
: In Kiev the hot water is running 24/7. Sometimes in summertime it
is cut off for the preventive measures. But the majority of our apartments
have an autonomous running of a hot water so we guarantee its availability
during the term of your stay.

I am afraid that someone else has the keys from my apartment
A
: Only the housemaid and the owner of apartment have the keys.

May I invite friends to the apartment?
A
:You can invite friends and feel yourself there like home.
Q:
May I smoke in the apartment?
A
: Yes, you may. However, we appreciate guests who smoke on a balcony.
Q:
May I listen to the music in the evening in the apartment?
A
:We would not recommend doing that after 23.00. Your neighbours have
the right to call police if the noise disturbs them.
Q:
How can I get back the forgotten things from the apartment?
A
: If you have forgotten things in an apartment - you have to inform
our manager at once. If your things have really been left in the apartment,
but not lost by you earlier - we shall keep them till your next arrival
or we shall pass them with the help of your friends.
Q:
Are your apartments secure and safe?
A : Almost all our apartments are located
right in the centre of Kiev which is safe and socially secure area.
Buildings have either - concierge or security door code, apartments
have double doors, some have alarm system.
Q:
How will I recognize your driver?
A
: Our driver will wait for you at the terminal "Arrival" holding
the board with your name written on it. As soon as you will pass through
the customs, please, start searching for such board. If for any reason
you can not see the driver, please, call to our office, and our manager
will contact the driver and will let him know where you're waiting
for him.

How can I reach the apartment from the airport?
A
: Of course there is a regular bus service from the airport to the main
bus station. But we recommend to use our airport/railway transfer service
to all our clients. Our driver will pick you up at the airport and will
bring you directly to the reserved apartment. Airport transfer - $40.
Railway transfer - $20. If you do not plan on using our transfer please
call us 1 hour prior to your check in time, and our manager will meet
you at the given apartment address.
Q:
If I have my own driver, how can I reach the apartment?
A
: If you do not need to be met at the airport, you should call us from
the airport, and our manager will tell your driver how to get to the
apartment. When you get to the apartment, our manager will be waiting
for you there.
Q:
What is near the apartments you are offering?
A
:All our apartments are located right in the centre of Kiev . So close
to the apartment there are a lot of cafes, restaurants, shopping centres,
boutiques, night clubs. Also you'll easily find an ATM or bank nearby.
Q:
Can I bring a pet?
A
: No, sorry pets are not allowed.

Is there an elevator?
A
: Most of our places do have a lift although some of the places in older
buildings may not. Please ask us first if this is an important issue
for you.

: We always co-ordinate time of your departure with the client. At a
